Why families stay

Sixteen years on Al Reem, and most of our patients came from another patient

The price you're quoted is the price you pay

You get a written plan with every item costed, your insurance share calculated, and your out-of-pocket total — before we pick up an instrument.

The same dentist, every visit

We don't rotate you through whoever is free. You're assigned a dentist who follows your family — including your children as they grow.

We will tell you to wait

Not every shadow on an X-ray needs a filling. Where monitoring is the right call, we monitor — and we write down why.

Nervous patients are our speciality

Longer appointments, stop signals agreed in advance, numbing gel before every injection, and sedation when it's genuinely needed.

What Abu Dhabi families tell us

“My daughter screamed at every clinic we tried. Dr. Priya spent the first visit just letting her sit in the chair and count the instruments. Second visit she had two sealants done without a sound.”

“Another clinic quoted me four crowns. Dr. Farouk looked at the same X-rays and said one crown and two fillings. That was three years ago and nothing has failed.”

Common questions

Before you come in

Do you bill my insurance directly, or do I pay and claim back?
Directly, for every insurer listed on this page. You pay only your co-payment at the desk — typically 10–20% depending on your policy. We verify your eligibility before your appointment, so there are no surprises when you arrive. If a specific treatment needs pre-approval, we submit it and tell you the answer before we book you in.
How old should my child be at their first visit?
Around their first birthday, or within six months of the first tooth appearing. That first visit is deliberately uneventful — a ride in the chair, a count of the teeth, and a chat with you about bottles, snacks and brushing. Starting this early is the single biggest predictor of a child who isn't frightened of the dentist at ten.
I haven't been to a dentist in years and I'm embarrassed.
You are describing about a third of our new patients, and nobody here is going to lecture you. Book a consultation rather than a cleaning — we will examine, take X-rays, and give you a plan broken into stages you can work through at your own pace and budget. Nothing gets done on that first visit unless you want it to.
Can I pay for treatment in instalments?
Yes. Anything over AED 3,000 can be split across 6 or 12 months with no interest, using most UAE-issued credit cards. For orthodontics we spread the fee across the full treatment period as standard. Ask at reception and we will put the schedule in writing with your treatment plan.
What happens if I need a dentist at 2am?
Call our main number and the out-of-hours message will give you the on-call dentist's mobile. For uncontrolled bleeding, facial swelling that is closing your eye or affecting your breathing, or trauma after an accident, go straight to a hospital emergency department — those need a maxillofacial team, not a dental chair.
